Our Nation is not just a population, but a rich, multi-millennial civilization that has survived imperialism, colonization, genocides, and exile, while remaining a global creative force. Our people live in Armenia, across the Armenian Highlands, and throughout the Diaspora, yet we are one body with one destiny. We must rise above division, fear, passivity, apathy, naivety, and assimilation.
Our duty is to work together to build unity by cultivating a new national power grounded in cultural pride, acknowledgment of our past failures, and a shared vision of our bright future.
A strong Nation, determined to thrive, is the foundation for true sovereignty and the national development of our Armenian State.
Our land and our people are inseparable. Our homeland, the Armenian Highlands, is not just where Armenians live, it is the foundation of our identity, the source of our language, faith, and Nation. The Armenian homeland is the only ground on which the Armenian nation can truly thrive. Yet, piece by piece, through centuries, because of our national weaknesses, we lost most control of our cherished land.
Today, the Republic of Armenia stands as the last stronghold of Armenian sovereignty, the one piece of our homeland still in our hands, which we must defend and develop through a national vision.
The safety of the Republic of Armenia does not mean, however, that we must deny our national identity or erase our homeland. The Armenian Highlands remains our past, our present and our future.
The Armenian State is the eternal guarantor of our national power and the protector of our homeland. It can thrive only when it is guided by a clear national vision. Today, however, the Republic of Armenia is plagued by systemic corruption, widespread incompetence, institutional decay, and submission to external anti-Armenian forces. Our youth are leaving the country in growing numbers, while our elders remain in indecent living conditions. Social inequity and injustice are rampant, while education and healthcare are in catastrophic decline. Our country is under partial occupation and lives under the constant threat of invasion.
We must end this shameful situation and become masters of our own destiny. We must cultivate our own power, producing, innovating, and defending without waiting for others. Only true power guarantees respect, security, and victory, not empty promises or pieces of paper.
We must build a secure, modern, and self-reliant Armenia with a strong army, a healthy economy, and a state that protects every citizen while serving as a beacon for Armenians everywhere. We must improve it, defend it, and rebuild it into a country worthy of our ancestors and one we can proudly pass on to our children and grandchildren.
